Planning Permission appraisal

Free Planning Permission Appraisal

Thinking about placing a microhome on your plot? Start with our free Planning Permission appraisal.

Our team will review your site and provide expert feedback on the likelihood of gaining Planning Approval, along with guidance on the best strategy to maximise your chances of success.

In some cases, we may advise that a site is unlikely to receive approval. While this can be disappointing, it helps you avoid costly mistakes and wasted time. This assessment ensures we only move forward when there is a realistic pathway to Planning Permission and your future microhome.

Please provide as much detail as possible in the form below so we can carry out a thorough review of your site.

You can also upload any supporting documents at the bottom of the form, or email them directly to  sales@micro-homes.co.uk
